Description:

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the overall administrative and contractual technical compliance of Task Order (TO). The PM will be the critical interface between EWA and the Government. The PM is required to resolve and delegate duties associated with the challenges that surface during a developmental build. This individual will need to have an excellent rapport with the customer as well as strong technical knowledge of RF, jamming, defense contracting and military protocol.

Specific Duties:

  • Serves as the contractor’s PM and shall be the contractor’s authorized interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government personnel and Department of Defense (DoD) representatives.
  • Overall responsibility for formulation and enforcement of work standards; assigning and maintaining contractor work schedules; reviewing all work products and services; ensuring all tasks and deliverables are performed in conformance with the issued Statement of Work (SOW); and ensuring project reporting and billing are both accurate and timely.

Description:

Responsible for hands on technical compliance, problem solving, research, integration, technical drawings, design, quality assurance (RF characteristics and software), and additional day to day duties. The Senior Engineer will help to establish the program’s Measures of Effectiveness and Performance (MOEs/MOPs), and will ensure the system delivers the highest performance and meets all of the requirements listed in the SOW. The Senior Engineer is the overall technical lead, and is responsible for delegating and managing system engineering tasks assigned to the engineers and engineering technicians. They will also act as a technical advisor to the PM.

Specific Duties:

  • The Senior Engineer shall report directly to the contractor’s PM and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Task Order from its inception through completion, including the hardware and software installation and training.

Description
